Meet Taj
In 2018, I decided to dive into fitness to boost my physical and mental health. I started with some pretty rough nighttime runs through the streets, which were a real struggle at first. Eventually, I joined my family at the gym, working out with my brother and dad. I even took things up a notch by doing 5am workouts in the living room with my mom, which I’m sure the rest of the family loved, following along with workout videos. I made a lot of mistakes along the way, but I kept learning and improving by reading books, checking out blogs, binge-watching videos and documentaries, and chatting with pros in the field. Now, I want to help others find the same fitness benefits I did, sharing what I’ve learned while keeping things fun, light-hearted, and informative.
